On August 20, 2012 high powered attorney Susan Chana Lask successfully represented Myla Sinanaj in her subpoenaed testimony from Kim Kardashian. Ms. Lask prevented Ms. Kardashian from badgering her client Myla and insured Myla’s rights were not violated. Ms. Lask battled and beat Ms. Kardashian’s so-called “high profile” Hollywood lawyers who left New York defeated.

THE STRATEGY
On August 20, 2011 Kim Kardashian had what she claimed as a “Royal” wedding making millions from it. About 72 days later, she surprised Kris Humphries with a divorce filed on Halloween and listed the date of separation as October 31, 2011. Then she subpoenaed Kris’ former girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj’s, testimony for August 20, 2012 in New York- Kim’s one year wedding anniversary date. Myla hired Susan Chana Lask to fight back. “I wrote Kim’s counsel multiple times and told her Myla wants no part of Kim’s Hollywood drama and to drop this nonsense subpoena. Since Kim insisted on being litigious, Myla decided to give Kim an anniversary present at the deposition she’ll never forget.”, Lask says. Kris met Myla months after Kim filed her divorce.

Myla is 24 years old and met Kris Humphries, 27 years old, in late January, 2012. That was months after Kim filed her divorce and was involved with Kanye West. “I have nothing to do with their divorce.” says Myla. Myla and Kris are friends and dated after the separation. Kim decided in July, 2012 to target Myla with four deposition subpoenas that she claims she spent over $10,000.00 for when deposition service usually averages $60.00. Myla claims Kim had men wait outside Myla’s house for days when service could have been accomplished in a more civil manner.

Kim has been married twice already at the age of 31 and claims to be on to her next marriage with Kanye as reported in the media. Kris and Myla are in their twenties, developed a friendship months after Kim filed the divorce and Kris is focusing on his career.
